Jim’s career has spanned almost 30 years, managing staff teams and organisations through good times and bad, providing leadership and vision, energy and enthusiasm and above all development and significant growth at every opportunity

His powers to persuade encourage and motivate stem from an impressive track record, vivid imagination, engaging personality and drive to succeed with an “eye” on the big picture and strategic aims as well as attention to detail.

You need more than experience to succeed and Jim has wide ranging interests and contacts from the world of youth activities to concert promotion, fundraising and management as well as his “leisure pursuits” which have included: running his own businesses as a sole trader and partner in, at one time,Wales’ largest company providing sound and lighting equipment for hire; song writing and performing as a solo artist and group member; presenting a television series for a year on S4C and managing self- build construction/ renovation on four houses.

This background provides a unique skill-mix to advise and support others; his particular forte is to see through a plethora of ideas and spot the one that might work, often taking a good idea from one context and transplanting it and developing it in another. Few are given a free reign to develop careers and organisations in the way which Jim has and his legacy in each case is valued and long-lasting.
